Due to the continued growth nationally and an ambitious international expansion plan, a superb opportunity has arisen to join the team as an Operations Manager.

Role description
This is a key “hands on” leadership role which supports our Senior Management Team. The role entails ensuring all operational efficiency targets are achieved whilst identifying and minimizing risk and maintaining a safe environment and high quality standards. Effective communication and positive relationships are critical, as is the motivation and development of Team Managers in order to achieve success.
The post holder is responsible for delivering the right product, at the right time, every time at the optimal cost through a motivated and skilled workforce. Working in a highly automated environment, they will need to be able to work in a unionised environment with a focus on developing a strong people culture.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate they have the ambition to succeed in a hands-on operational role with a market leading FMCG Company.
