Eden Brown have an exciting opportunity to join a Housing Association in the Leeds area as a Floating Support Worker.

As a Floating Support Worker, you will be working with vulnerable people from a mixed age group with a variety of support needs, helping them to sustain their tenancies. You will be creating and following support plans as well as conducting reviews with the tenants. You will be meeting with around 20 clients per week.

All work will be unsupervised and you will be responsible for providing housing related support to the tenants.

For this role as a Floating Support Worker with an immediate start, you will have experience working on support plans and have a good knowledge of local support services and agencies. You must also have your own transport for this vacancy.

This is a temporary vacancy for a Floating Support Worker in the Leeds area. You will work 37 hours per year, Monday to Friday with a Salary: of £26,000 – £28,080PAYE – £12.00 Ltd.

You must hold a current enhanced DBS from within the last 12 months.
