Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30 – £36 per hour

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor based in Warwick on a Permanent basis.

Within this role you will be responsible to build and manage the commercial relationship with various customers. You must be able to drive accurate and timely final accounts and will also contribute to all the Wireless bid activities.

In order to excel in the role you must have very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: –

* Price and forecast materials and services for Cell Site Builds and upgrades

* Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities/materials and other documentation

* Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust projections accordingly

* Procore or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the MNO construction projects

* Measure and value the work completed

* Sign off subcontractor payments

* Calculate Final accounts

* Liaise with client QS, field operations, project managers and project engineers

* Select/source construction materials

* Contract administration

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:-

It will be beneficial if you have experience using the below systems:

* Significant experience Microsoft Office- In particular Excel

* Remedy

* Oracle
