Salary: £27,000 – £32,400 per year
A Customer Services organisation currently operating with over 90,000 members of staff across the world is looking to expand it’s Luton Service Centre with talented linguists to support its clients international needs in the Automotive sector.
If you’re living in the UK presently or considering a move to the UK from Europe, this client will offer support with relocation for the right candidates.
This position will see you responsible for handling inbound and conducting outbound calls to the general public, you will handle all call types that vary depending on the services provided by your department.
Adopting a consultative selling approach to calls you will be required to recommend various options from an entire portfolio of products and services alongside providing pricing.
On offer (depending on languages) is a starting salary of £27,000 – £32,400.

As well as being fluent in Business level English my client is seeking candidates with a mix of the following languages

* Finnish
* Greek
* Norwegian
* Swedish
We are particularly interested in the following language capabilities at present: Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German.
You:
* 1-2 years customer contact experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Creative with good problem solving and decision making abilities
* Computer literate, can talk and type at the same time.
* Find it easy to build a relationship over the phone
* Willing to do whatever necessary, within guidelines, to meet the customer’s needs.
* Willing to work a flexible work schedule
