Project Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

This interesting, fast growing business services company is looking for people with excellent communication skills, good planning and organizing skills and B2B customer communication experience to develop a career in client facing project management for SaaS solutions. You may already be working as a project manager or project co ordinator, or in a PMO role. Alternatively you may be looking for a career transition from SaaS implementations, or helpdesk or B2B customer success / customer service related roles.Hybrid based, work from home plus two days a week in the Surrey office. Salary £48,000 – £60,000pa depending on experience plus benefits including onsite restaurant for breakfast and lunch, bus transport from Surbiton Station to Thames Ditton office.

In this project manager role you will:

• engage by video call, phone email and other remote methods with stakeholders in large enterprise businesses in the UK or internationally
• plan, manage and organize projects including SaaS software platforms and service delivery
• manage relationships with client contacts at all levels, in varied roles including HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, IT and senior leadership
• use your communication, persuasion and influencing skills to manage customer expectations and manage projects to deadlines and budgets delivering a successful go live
• be mentored and access training in the solutions and in project methodology and governance
• work as part of a supportive and collaborative team with other PMs and business and technical consultants
• support and be supported by colleagues in the Surrey office by attending two days a week (more if you prefer) and when working from home

We are looking for

• work experience in a B2B role that entails communication with clients
• excellent verbal communication skills, and relationship building skills
• confidence, tenacity, ability to set and manage customer expectations
• interest in and aptitude for systems (this is not a highly technical role)
• strong organization, time management, planningand documentation skills
• self starter mentality, able to take the initiative, learn, network and tap into available support and mentoring
• motivation to develop a career as a PM

Useful additional experience and skills includes any of:

• previous project management, PMO or project co ordination experience
• with SaaS software implementation or support
• familiarity with client contacts in HR, Recruitment or people development roles and business processes
• foreign language skills for example French, German, Italian, Arabic or others in EMEA region

This role entails working from the Surrey (Surbiton area) office two days a week, and working from home the remainder of the time. You will be in regular contact with clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa by video call, email and remote meetings. Plan and manage the delivery of SaaS implementations from a project management point of view engaging with business consultants and implementation consultants and ensuring on time on budget delivery by matrix teams. We are looking for experienced PMs and also those with relevant attributes and experience to learn and develop as a PM. to receive a speedy response and more company and role information for suitable candidates.
