Project Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

Skilled Careers are looking for Project Managers to join a reputable company on a fixed term or a permanent basis based in HUDDERSFIELD.

Working in Social housing sector focusing on Passive Fire protection and Fire door remedials.

Requirements

Responsibility for day-to-day management of allocated portfolio of projects

Responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis within budget

Following and monitoring ongoing maintenance works

Overseeing / ordering and delivering material requirements for the project

Managing the labour on site and subcontractors

Projects cover Firestopping and Fire Door Maintenance

Overseeing door entry, CCTV installation, Sprinkler systems

Project Managers will be expected to be able to competently use the following software.

MS Word

MS Excel

MS Projects

Visio

Auto-Cad

Qualifications & Licences

C1 + E Driving Licence

IPAF

CSCS

PASMA

SSTC or SMSTS
