Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to circa £56,400p.a. DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm / 37.5 hours per week (2 days working from home)
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire is looking for a Key Account Manager with excellent customer service skills to join their team.
As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, resolving issues/complaints
- Building strong relationships with clients & suppliers
- Attending meetings
- Identifying new opportunities
- Working with clients & suppliers to meet client needs
- Training clients on company platforms
- Project & renewal management
- Presenting KPI & SLA progress/achievements to clients
- Helping to expand company services globally
An ideal candidate for the Key Account Manager will have:
- Proven account management experience including growing and developing existing and new business
- Commercial/Industrial sector knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal & written
- IT literacy including MS Office
- Full UK driving license
