Accounts Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £32,760 per year

Our client is an established business based in Burton-Upon-Trent. They provide services to the construction industry and are now looking to recruit two data processors to process financial data. You will be part of an efficient and friendly team who always ensure that their clients are receiving the best service possible. As such, you will be expected to process data to a high standard and fulfil the right first time objective. Your general daily tasks will include the following:

* Processing invoices

* Data entry

* Formulating payment batches using Excel

* Liaison with suppliers

* Management of workload in the most efficient manner possible

This post requires a motivated individual who will fit into a team environment, whilst also being able to work individually. You should also be capable of demonstrating accurate data input and have experience of working with numerical data, possibly in an accounts environment, who is used to working in an exact manner and is capable of spotting anomolies.
