Inbound Call Centre Agents

My award winning international based client, are looking for new teams of inbound sales through service advisors to join their team. Working in their Cardiff office within a large call centre organisation you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers for their queries based on their service. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and customer focused individuals. As well as providing 1st grade customer service you will be responsible for up selling extra services and benefits whilst on the call to increase sales and promote the brand further, this is a great way to also earn some BONUS.

Job Responsibilities:

– Inbound calls from existing customers
– Problem Solving/ Complaints Handling
– Upselling ad on products
– Booking appointments
– Delivering Excellent customer service

Working hours: You must be flexible during the hours of 6.45am-11pm, 5 days out of 7 per week.
