Salary: £33,600 per year
Anderson Knight is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join our award-winning client. This is a full-time permanent role based in Lanarkshire, with the opportunity to work from home a few days per week along with other fantastic benefits.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Advising on disciplinary issues
* Resolving long-term absences
* Providing advice as and when necessary, across all departments of your division
* Supporting employees through welfare procedures
* Supporting and advising on business change
* Providing ER training for managers
* Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes
* Work on allocated or ad-hoc projects
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders while ensuring a credible and robust HR service is delivered
Essential Criteria
* At least 1 years’ experience as a HR Advisor
* Extensive knowledge of employment law and ACAS guidelines relating to the entire employee lifecycle.
* Ability to use your own initiative and come up with solutions to issues identified
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel as part of the role
* Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment
* Experience of working with HR Systems and proficient in MS office
* A full driving license
