English & Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Quattro Recruitment are looking for Italian & English Speaking Customer service Advisors that are available for an immediate start. Please note you must be fluent in both written and verbal Italian & English

Our client is looking for candidates who can provide excellent customer service over the phone. You will be dealing with all types of calls ranging from simple enquiries to more complex procedures. Your calls will come from a wide range of customers calling with queries relating to various different industries.

Person Specification:

Fluency in written & verbal Italian & English
Proven outstanding Customer Service skills
Excellent PC skills (40 wpm typing and Internet Navigation)
Ability to deal with positive and challenging customers
Flexibility with working hours
Adaptable to change in a fast paced environment
Math and English GCSE or Equivalent, Grade C or above
Previous Contact Centre Experience is desirable

Working hours will be 40 hrs per week Monday-Sunday between 8am and 8pm – you will need to be flexible on the hours you can work
