Our Client is an innovative leader in the field of leadership and development training. Their growing portfolio of solutions provides training courses, training software, seminars and consultancy on an international level to help businesses educate their staff both quickly and efficiently. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening in their London office for a Trainee Graduate Sales Executive.

As a Trainee Graduate Sales Executive you will work independently to achieve target through closing deals and developing strong client relationships within new accounts and a predefined list of existing accounts. You will develop and implement sales strategies, generate sufficient interest in available training solutions and conduct client meetings as required. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a proven record of achievement. Your presentation and closing skills will be first class and you will also demonstrate high levels of drive, determination and accountability. The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 20k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 23-24k in the first year, plus further benefits, ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
