THE ROLE
* Pre screening of potential job applicants via telephone in accordance with company standards
* Determining suitability for job roles and progressing applications to the resourcing team
* Providing wide range of administrative support
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Previous administration or telephone based customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT knowledge and confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and other systems/databases
* Excellent organisational skills
