Salary: £33.6 – £48 per hour

We are currently recruiting for the below post:

London Borough of Hounslow, require an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join their Team. Immediate start with an on-going contract. Paying £33.6 – £48 ph

essential requirements:

1. Must have experience of managing cases in care proceedings (from pre-proceedings though to final hearing / adoption order) and knowledge of the relevant legislation and permanence for children and young people,.

2. Must have experience of managing social workers with a range of experience (NQSWs to Advanced Practitioners)

3. Must have experience of managing longer-term safeguarding work: Child in Need, Child Protection and children in the care of the local authority and have a very good understanding of the legislative framework
