Facilities Site Manager

Our well established client in Liverpool are looking for a Temporary Facilities Site Manager to support the Estates and Facilities department.

The successful candidate must:

– Be able to provide an operational and professional FM service.
– Be able to manage and ensure all client sites run smoothly in relation to all facilities services.
– Be able to manage internal and external contractors.
– Be responsible for management of all complaints.
– Be trained in the latest Health and Safety requirements (IOSH/NEBOSH)
– Have excellent communication skills.
– Have experience of budget management, and the ability to analyse information and gain a clear understanding of any issues.
– Either be prepared to undergo a Vetting process for (CTC/SC/DV) Security clearance or will have worked in a secure Government environment within the past twelve months.
