Site Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Our Client are seeking to engage a directly employed site manager to work on high profile fit out projects, potentially nationwide.

Main Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager
• Responsible for the day to day running and operations on site of one floor of large project
• Responsible for management of construction on you floor, including sub-contractors
• Oversee the running of your floor with regards to health & safety, program and quality.
• Liaising with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, Consultants
• Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedure
• Commercial approach to manage project effectively
• Ensuring delivery of the project onsite to a high quality

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience
• Previous experience with fitout projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong construction knowledge
• Teamwork and Commitment
• Site Management qualification
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid Trained
