The Digital Marketing Manager role will be a varied one and will require someone who can set the strategy and then deliver it, therefore we require people who are still hands on. Key responsibilities will include:

– Set the digital strategy
– Take existing online products and make them number one in their market
– Take some existing products which are not online, online for the first time and develop them
– Drive more leads online and to the call centre
– Develop the customer journey and make the Website more user friendly
– Increase web traffic

Key skills and experience needed for the Digital Marketing Manager role are:

– Must have worked in a call centre to drive leads online / phone
– Experience of setting the strategy
– Full aspects of Digital Marketing including hands on experience of SEO and PPC
– Is hands on
– Strong stakeholder management skills
– Experience of taking something online for the first time and growing it
