Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
My client is a growing sub contract machine shop and are now looking to bring in an experienced Quality Manager.
Coming from an engineering manufacturing environment, you will have thorough understanding of ISO9001 standards and Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
You will also have experience of updating quality manuals, implementing action plans and the ability to deal with non conformance’s for important clients.
Previous experience of working with 5s and Kaizen KPI’s is essential.
We are looking for a focused candidate who is happy to take on the challenge of delivering change management and continuous improvement techniques to the existing workforce.
