Salary: £40,800 – £43,200 per year
The number one property consultancy on the planet is recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Shift Engineer for a major Investment Bank in Plumtree Court.
This role is for a mechanical maintenance shift engineer who has extensive planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance experience on HVAC, Plant Room, Air Handling Units, pumps, water systems, critical services and other mechanical services.
As an experienced mechanical maintenance shift engineer you will be responsible for:
* The Mechanical maintenance, repair and minor works associated with critical, essential, and non-essential assets in accordance with relevant job plans
* Supporting / monitoring 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising
* Following maintenance risk assessments on all work activity ensuring safe systems of work are always adhered to
* Ensuring all plant rooms and workspaces are always maintained and kept in a safe condition
* Reporting / escalating all out of line situations, including Near-Miss & Accident Reporting

Qualification and Skills:
* Qualified Mechanical or HVAC Engineer (C&G, NVQ, Apprenticeship, HNC, HND)
* F-Gas Preferable
* Good Technical Skills
* Must have experience working on critical services
* Time served dealing with HV / AP is ideal
* You must have good communication skills as you will be working closely with the client, internal and external people
* You will have strong knowledge of Reactive and Preventative Planned Maintenance
As the mechanical maintenance shift engineer you will be joining a multi skilled maintenance team and working initially Day Shifts to then transition in to traditional continental Days/Nights.
