Health and Safety Training Officer

Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year

The client: A leading food manufacturer is currently looking for a proactive Technical (Food Safety) Training Officer to work across the business. Supporting the manufacturing sites x2

The role: The successful applicant will have experience of training/ training coordination/ training admin 

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement the technical training plan, liaising with department managers as required
• Deliver up to date technical training courses including Food Safety, HACCP, Allergen etc 
• Coach Trained Trainers
• Planning training
• Carry out training administration / training reports / training needs analysis 
• Book and manage external courses
• Support the L&D manager as required including with training audits

Skills/Qualifications:

• Food safety training experience gained within a fast paced food manufacturing environment 
• Training delivery experience
• Training planning experience 
• Food or H&S qualifications 
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
