Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year

Our very personable and welcoming office at Pertemps Crawley, is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the recruitment team. In this role, you will work closely alongside an established Consultant, in order to source high calibre talent for a variety of companies in the Sussex, Surrey and Kent areas.

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will build lasting, rewarding relationships with candidates whilst matching them with their perfect temporary or permanent role! This is a busy and dynamic position which will suit an individual who is calm, unflappable and who can think on their feet when required.

Duties include:
– Discussing live vacancies with suitable candidates whilst qualifying skill sets over the phone, via TEAMs and face to face
– Creating candidate profiles, marketing content and attractive job specifications
– Managing adverts & content on social media platforms including Facebook & LinkedIn
– Candidate management – maintaining contact to all actively working on candidates to qualify availability, generate leads and build relationships
– Compliance – ensuring all documentation and paperwork is compliant

What you need:
– Communication at all levels (from entry to Director level requirement)
– Time organisation
– Strong written and verbal English including grammar
– Thorough when working in a busy & demanding environment
– Proactive nature
– People management

Talent Acquisition Coordinator hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm (with the requirement to work outside these hours at times occasionally, to be able to contact those candidates who are in employment).
