The company
My client is a highly regarded, growing business with interests across a wide range of food and agricultural businesses. Based in East Yorkshire, the company manufactures and supplies premium quality products to an extensive list of key customers including major retailers, food service and industrial markets.
Due to growth my client wishes to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
The role
You will report directly to the HR Manager you will provide comprehensive & professional HR support to all my clients employees, in order to proactively support and add value to the delivery of the business objectives. Manage Employee Relations cases, offer coaching with investigation, discipline, grievance, and counselling meetings in a timely manner, initiate and manage HR projects as assigned and identifying situations which have a people impact and influencing decisions made.
The person
As well as a ‘hands on’ attitude and the ability to react well to change (in a fast moving environment) you will also need to have CIPD level 5 or above, ER experience, the ability to work in a fast moving HR environment, with manufacturing experience and strong communication skills.
