German Speaking Graduate Buyer

The German Speaking Graduate Buyer will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer and supplier relationships to drive on-time delivery and general customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the German Speaking Graduate Buyer;
Respond promptly to sourcing requests from customers.
Manage the order fulfillment process for 3rd party items from worldwide suppliers
Procure materials following appropriate logistics and compliance regulations
Manage strategic sourcing efforts for the customer including vendor negotiation
Observe and evaluate supplier performance.
Assist customers in quality issues
Provide trouble shooting solutions within Sales and Supply Chain processes.
Provide reports as required for customers on a regular basis

Personal Specification of the German Speaking Graduate Buyer;
Degree qualified or equivalent within a relevant discipline.
Fluent German Language skills are essential
Procurement experience would be an advantage.
Strong Customer Service background is required.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
Strong communication skills
Excellent relationship building skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team
Self-motivated and able to work independently

This role would be suitable for individuals with experience in Customer Service, Sales or Purchasing.
