The Company:
Our client is a well established International company

The Role:
To be responsible for the Export and Import process and deliver high standard of Customer Service

The duties:
– To deal with customers enquiries on a daily basis
– To process and follow up on order, and ensure on-time deliveries
– To book the more appropriate transport solutions to customers (road or sea freight)
– To liaise and negotiate cost effective rates with haulage and shipping suppliers
– To prepare relevant Import and Export documentations
– To provide high standards of customer service
– To liaise with various departments to achieve customer satisfaction
– To resolve all issues related to the transport efficiently
– To update customers records as required

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & German (written & spoken)
– Ideally minimum 2 years experience in an Export role within Manufacturing environment
– Qualification in Logistics, Export or Supply Chain would be a strong asset
– Good knowledge of Export documentation and Hazardous goods regulations
– Computer literate
– Willing to be part of a team and able to work under minimum supervision

Salary:
£26,000 – £26,400 per year + Bens (Pension scheme, Healthcare, 24 days holidays)
