Insurance Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a growing insurance provider based in Thornbury, Bristol, who is seeking an Insurance Advisor. The successful candidate will be working in newly refurbished offices, offering fantastic facilities, on-going training, free parking and discounts on products.

As an Insurance Advisor you will:

* engage with customers in order to provide insurance quotations
* promote other products and services to enhance the customers purchase
* understand and clearly explain the benefits of our client’s services to ensure their customers can make an informed purchase

The successful Insurance Advisor will:

* have previous call centre experience
* be highly motivated and results driven, with an ability to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
* need to be passionate about customer service with an excellent telephone manner
* be computer literate and be able to multi-task with communication skills, whilst adhering to FCA regulations

Hours 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday’s 8am-4pm on a rota basis with a day of in lieu the following week.
