Insurance Advisor – Hertfordshire – up to £17,000
Many insurance companies have forgotten that when we need our insurance the most, we like to talk to people, not machines or Call-Centres outside of the UK! Our client offer competitive insurance cover to the public.

Insurance Advisor – The Role
• Dealing with Short term Insurance Policies
• Processing and dealing with customer enquires across a variety of our short term insurance websites
• Dealing with customer quotations
• Converting these enquires into policies.
• Main KPI’s conversion, lead generation and cross selling.

• English & Maths GCSE’s ‘C’ grade & above or Equivalent
• Ideally, you will have worked in a customer service environment such as insurance, banking, building society or retail. Successful Candidates will be dealing with the public, face to face and over the phone.
