Project Engineer ()

Salary: £36 – £48 per hour

We have a position available immediately for a Project Engineer to work on a new basement and slipform project close to Croydon.

Our client is recognised for their experience and expertise in slipform construction.

Role:

Leading and managing a team of site engineers on various tasks including but not limited to:

Setting-out

Re-bar take-offs

Temporary works

QA duties

As-builts

Reporting to the Project Manager, supporting them with establishing the construction plan and engineering methods

Attending progress meetings with the design team to coordinate design and re-bar take-offs..

Attending weekly meetings with site Quantity Surveyor to track costs and variation work from clients.

Ensuring all work is carried out to the required highest standard while ensuring the health and safety of everyone on the site is prioritised.

Requirements:

Degree qualified

Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Engineer on RC frame projects.

Good leadership skills.

Proven history of working as a Senior Engineer on large RC frame projects.

£36 – £48 per hour
