Our clients are looking for a Montessori Head Teacher to join their ‘OUTSTANDING’ nursery setting.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic educator to progress in their career and join a successful team and nursery setting.

As the Montessori Head Teacher you will be responsible for delivering the core values of the Montessori education, ensuring this is nurturing, safe and fun. Helping each child become independent. Along with the Montessori ethos the nursery follow the EYFS, each development of learning is very important and each child is encouraged to learn at their own pace with support of practical skills.

Fantastic benefit package includes a competitive salary, up to £50,400. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

About you –

*Montessori Qualified, Level 6 Childcare Qualified, NNEB or equivalent

*Experience working within a private nursery setting

*Experience working with children of all ages from 3 months old up to 5 years

*Excellent knowledge of the EYFS

*Excellent communication skills

*Able to work as part of a team with passion and enthusiasm

*Have excellent knowledge of all nursery Policies and Procedure

*Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
