Revit MEP CAD Technician/ BIM Coordinator

Following an increase in project work we are urgently looking to recruit a number of MEP Revit Technician/ CAD Coordinators with experience of the BIM Modelling package Revit MEP to join the Northamptonshire office of a major M&E Engineering Contractor on a permanent or potentially long term contract basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Using Revit MEP to produce and develop 3D models.
*Knowledge of Building Services (MEP) Coordination.
*Produce related 2D CAD drawings using the design package AutoCAD.
*Work as part of a multidisciplinary CAD team.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

*Experience of Revit MEP and AutoCAD on Building Services projects is essential.
*Practical working knowledge as a Lead BIM Coordinator working for either an Engineering Design Consultant or Contractor.
*Degree or Equivalent Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Design or Building Services Engineering would be advantageous.
*Working knowledge of UK standards.
