Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
BIM Recruiter is currently working with one of the most exciting architectural studios who have recently started to grow their presence in the Northern Ireland market.
Our client operates across commercial and industrial markets, with core activities in Data Centres, Logistics Hubs, Offices, Retail and Hospitality.
Through their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking to hire a number of experienced Architectural Technologists.
These roles can be based out of the Belfast or Monaghan offices, additionally our client has a hybrid working operation in place, so this will mean a few days from the office and the balance of the days from home.
We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:
* College degree from an RIAI or RIBA approved course or similar.
* Understanding of Irish building regulations and legislation.
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to work independently.
* Solid working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Confident verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude.
* Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
As Revit is an important part of this position, there will be a Revit test at the very front end of the hiring process.
