Salary: £36 – £42 per hour
A very Exciting opportunity has come up with a very well established and solid Building Services Consultancy based in Bath. Due to the increase in workloads and steady stream of projects there is a demand for a MEP Revit technician.
The projects will be focused on High end residential, commercial offices and projects and also a very large focus on High End Retail projects. This role will pave a way towards a management aspect with in the time and if you are looking to continue through that please apply.
You will need to be able carry out detailed design, work efficiently with AutoCad, be proficient with Revit, carry out technical schedules and be able to work on your own accord.
Essential Requirements:
• Be able to demonstrate you are able to work with in Revit and on a varied array of projects
• At Least 5 years working within Auto Desk Revit and at least 5 years of working with building services.
• Able to prove you are enthusiastic, confident and a willing attitude to tackle any challenge that comes along
• Good IT skills with Microsoft packages.
