Student Services and Welfare Officer

PERMANENT POSITION

Our client, an international language school based in Bournemouth requires a Student Services and Welfare Officer.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all international student enquiries, assisting with the admissions and accommodation team, dealing with student issues and being very much involved in pastoral duties.

This is a very varied role and will encompass a lot of face to face communication with students, clients and host families. There will also be some involvement within the marketing team which will comprise of preparing marketing materials, writing of minutes and diary management.
You will have experience in a similar role and possessing a TEFL qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

You must be proficient in administration and have advanced excel skills and competent with dealing complicated speadsheets, good written and communication skills are a must and conducting a professional manner at all times.
