Assembler Nights. Based in Warwick. £11.45p/h

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Assembler / Tester to form part of a team in a well known established company in Warwick.

Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 21.30 – 07.30

Duties will include
To Test all Screw In Cartridge valves inline with the approved processes.
To assemble SiCV products when required.
To test SiCV valves using the correct test specs / processes.
To set up test facilities obtaining the necessary tooling required.
To rework any failed valves as required.
To assemble SiCVs as required.
To ensure all activity’s are carried out in a timely manner.
To ensure all tooling or equipment is used correctly and that broken, missing or
damaged equipment is reported to supervision.
To be responsible for the quality and quantity of their own work.

Key skills required for the role of the Assembler:
Previous experience is essential
Attention to detail.
Customer and quality focused.
PC literate.
Demonstrates an understanding of test circuit diagrams and test specs.
Demonstrates an understanding of assembly drawings,build schedules S.O.P
documents and care points
dentifies faults in products either when assembling products or
Testing
Demonstrates a proficiency in the assembling of SiCV products

This role would suit candidates from the following geographic areas:
Warwick, Leamington, Rugby, Kenilworth, Banbury, and Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.
