A 55+ bedded care home in the Kirkcaldy area is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse join their management team working as Nursing Home Manager, on a full-time permanent basis.

The home has a fantastic local reputation and specialises in elderly and dementia care.

As the Nursing Home Manager you will manage, monitor, and oversee all aspects of clinical and personal care within the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.

We’re looking for a care home experienced Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register. You’ll also either have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one. Not to mention leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments. And, above all, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
