A large sized Nursing home in Rotherham are now looking for a new Nursing Home Manager to move on board to a well established and compliant team. You will receive fantastic support networks from your senior management team, but most importantly will be welcomed into a company who can offer amazing opportunities and training. This home requires a well experienced Nursing home Manager who has at least 2-3 years experience of being a Registered Manager, and must also have a good solid background of working with the elderly and dementia residents.
This will be an amazing career opportunity for a current Nursing Home Manager who has proven previous success of managing a large home competently but will continue to push standards to the next level and always endeavour to prioritise tasks efficiently to get on board with a huge reputable company who pride themselves on internal career progression.
Essential Criteria:
-Must be currently registered with the NMC
-Previous Nursing Home Management experience
-The ability to manage staff
-Aware of CQC regulations
-Committed to providing the best standards and living environments for the residents
Remuneration:
