Business Development Manager – Specialised Employee Benefit

The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be tasked with the development of the SME and Corporate business to business sectors. Retaining all account brought on board, you will be building relationships with Finance Directors, Board Members and Business Owners on a daily basis. You will be field based for the majority of the working week with a day each week in the head office. You will be given a set of realistic KPI’s along with a lucrative commission scheme which will provide strong motivation for money motivated individuals.

The Person: The ideal candidate will be an energetic, hardworking, fast paced and passionate person who is keen to be developed and trained. What you have sold and for how long I not relevant, our client is looking to recruit the right character who has the level of ambition required to eventually manage a team of people.
