– We require a professional new business waste management sales profession for our Slough region.
– You will be responsible for targeting the higher value accounts through new business and ensuring we are involved in all potential tendering opportunities.
– We are all about added value to our accounts and to our clients and we are looking for professionals who can sell a range of services for a total waste management solution for client`s needs.
– You will maximise all opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
– You will be promoting our Brand therefore exceptional presentation skills are integral, your client relationships are crucial to the further development and the continuing success or our division.

The Candidate

– Ideally you will be a proven high calibre Business Development Manager ideally from within the waste management or recycling sector.
– You will have experience working with high value accounts or are ready to take that step up.
– You will have a strong consultative approach to your sales technique but will fundamentally be a new business individual who is driven and excels in delivery results.
– Excellent communication is a prerequisite, your negotiation and influencing skills at senior level are paramount to your success in this role.
– You will have thorough planning and organisational skills and be able to pull together when needed in a team to deliver a positive result.
