Security Systems Sales Executive

Established twenty years ago, our client is an leading security and fire systems installer providing first class protection solutions throughout the UK. They design, install and maintain high quality systems to current British and EU standards within the commercial and public sectors. With a focus on customer care and engineering excellence, they have seen rapid growth over recent years. Their list of achievements includes NSI Gold accreditation for intruder, CCTV, Access control and Fire systems, BAFE accreditation for Fire as well as ISO 9001:2002 Quality Assurance accreditation.

Our client is now seeking a security systems sales professional to join their team to create, develop and grow new end user business and systems maintenance. The role holder will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing quotes and converting the quotes into sales. The area to sell into will be the Hampshire, Berkshire, Sussex and Dorset area, ideally candidates will live in Hampshire or Berkshire.

The role will involve selling the maintenance, extra/additional works and new small installation works of fire alarms, disabled refuse, WC alarms, access control, door entry, CCTV (including IP) and intruder alarms.

Experience with the security and fire sector is an essential quality for this role alongside a successful sales track record. Along with plenty of self-motivation and a highly organised approach, candidates will need to be confident and assertive communicators with strong listening skills and a desire to succeed. Sales target and salary will be discussed with individual candidates.

Basic salary range £31,200 – £40,800car, mobile, laptop, 21 days holiday rising by a day per year of service to a maximum of 25.
