Sales Executive (US Market)

Our UK-based team enjoy lie-ins, late starts, and missing the morning traffic! As we are US client-facing, we work Monday – Thursday: 12:00 – 21:00 and Friday: 09:00 – 18:00.
Key responsibilities
* Sourcing new clients and developing new business opportunities with target organizations
* Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers
* Managing the sale from introduction to close
* Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge, alongside knowledge of the US market
* Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our product suite
* Creating bespoke quotes based on client requirements
* Consistently achieving monthly targets
Skills required
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience
* Strong negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels
* A proven track record of consistently achieving targets
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
* Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
* Experience with online conferencing software, such as MS Teams & Zoom.
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of working within the recruitment, job board, ATS or media sales industry is advantageous
