Role Title: Guest Support Advisor
Location: The successful candidate will be based at our contact centre in Cardiff Bay
Reporting Relationships: The jobholder will report to a Guest Support Team Leader.

The successful Guest Support Advisors will need to be highly motivated to deliver an outstanding customer experience through the mediums of telephone and live chat channels, generated by inbound queries from our Guests. You will join our team of superstars on a magical journey to customer excellence.
