JOB DESCRIPTION:

Webhelp is seeking full-time Sales Advisors on a permanent contract. Webhelp works on a rotational shift basis and contracts are based on 40 hours per week. In this flexible working and collaborative Sales Advisor job, you’ll be part of an inclusive team working in a supportive and electric environment. You will be rewarded for proactively delivering exceptional customer service and taking the time to understand the needs of each customer, providing service excellence every step of the way.

To succeed in this sales advisor role, you will require the following:

• Sales or customer service experience

• The ability to work in a customer-driven environment

• High motivation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets

• Excellent communication and listening skills

No experience is required as Go Train will provide a fast, pre-employment training course. Training is funded and offered free to the individual.
