Multi Skilled Engineer

Salary: £51,600 per year

Questech are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a leading manufacturer based close to Knottingley, West Yorkshire. This business are expanding at a rapid rate and have the capacity to employ a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team of expert engineers. This is an ideal opportunity to join one of the area’s top manufacturing businesses.

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained).
• Approachable / Ambitious / Methodical / Dedicated.
• Experienced in a Manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Reactive maintenance – Reacting to breakdowns to ensure production is back running as quick and safely as possible.
• Adhere to strict site Health and Safety rules.
• PLC fault finding.
• Project Work (CI / Installation / New Machinery commissioning.)

This role is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hours days and nights. The salary is up to £51,600for this role.
