Technical Project Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year

We are working with our client based just outside of Newcastle in the search for a Project Coordinator. You will be part of an exciting and dynamic team working for an oil & gas facilities service provider who work with global clients.

In this role you will be centrally positioned coordinating day to day operations & resources of the company and will be a key link between our client’s and the company. The company offers excellent personnel development opportunities within a great team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Operational & Supervisors Team allocating resources supporting and maintaining company services & processes
• Working with engineering drawings and plans including modifications etc
• You will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, compliance and closure of the company’s projects
• Project Reporting & Supportive Administration
• Attend and influence meetings with clients
• Ensuring Commercial, Technical & HSE compliance
• Manage Issues & Risk

• Ability to coordinate, multi task and work under pressure.
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A background in project coordination
• Committed and enthusiastic.
• Ability to take on training and skills development.
• Good IT skills
