Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year
About Company:
We are working with an established, medium-sized, family-owned, construction company based in Slough.
They have an enviable reputation; the company is well-managed, and stable and is looking forward to its next phase of growth. They have projects in the residential, commercial, and pharmaceutical sectors. Your work will be largely focused on commercial projects.
Duties:
Produce RAMS for all projects
Update financial details and process invoices relating to projects
Monitor health & safety in line with company policies and procedures
Order materials and arrange site deliveries
Liaise with subcontractors and send purchase orders
Track project spending and produce reports for senior management
Be able to produce budgets and forecasts
Support Project Managers with their planning and site programme
As a suitable candidate you will have:
Previous experience within a construction environment managing projects
Ability to read drawings and plans is advantageous
Strong organisational skills
Computer literate
Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits:
£42,000 – £54,000per annum depending on experience
