This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who has software experience and able to perform 1st line support and bilingual in French If so join Foundever to work with our client, Claris, a leading computer software development company. You will join the Customer Success team as a Customer Success Expert.
This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer service. We are interested in hearing from anyone with technical support experience and and fluent in both languages.
As a Customer Success Expert, you will be pivotal in delivering an awesome product and service experience for our customers using our online suite of products for our customers and the business.
Key Details!
- This is a French and English speaking role – Must be fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Salary: £23,439.00 per year – Monthly paid
- Schedule: 37.5 per week – Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30
- Contract length: 37.5 hrs p/w – Permanent
- Training: Training onsite – 13 days, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
- Production: Working from home after training. Equipment iMac provided
- Expected start date: ASAP
Experience required:
- Be fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- In-depth knowledge of Macintosh, Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Be able to translate “techno-speak” into layman’s terms.
- Proven technical support skills.
- Good organization and administrative skills.
- Technical and Support experience is essential
- Ideally you will have 3 years’ experience in supporting customers
