Customer Success Expert – German & English Speaking

This role would suit anyone who is tech savvy and has strong experience within customer service. We are interested in hearing from anyone with retail, hospitality and other customer facing roles.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, assisting them with any queries and issues related to their printers. We require someone who is a problem solver, quick thinking and can thrive in a busy role. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team who will support you in developing your skills.

Key Details!

This is a German and English speaking role – Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• Salary: £13.78 per hour
• Schedule: 37.5 per week – Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30
• Contract length: 37.5 hrs p/w – Temporary
• Training: Training onsite – 2 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
• Production: After training, onsite for 3 weeks, then hybrid model based on needs: 1 day a week in the office and for training needs.
• Expected start date: 08.01.2024

• Strong customer service skills from a previous role including face to face
• Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers
• Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
• A willingness to work with customers and address their needs
