Accounts Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

This well-established SME are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their team. You will be joining an industry leading organisation that offers a hybrid working scheme.

Accounts Manager – About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing a small team of 2. You will have full control of the accounts function whilst also liaising with the external accountants. Furthermore you will be working for a unique organisation that offers a fantastic working culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Multi company month & year end accounts preparation for the external accountants.

* Providing monthly financial summaries to the directors on multiple entities.

* Handling the annual budget and providing monthly analysis.

* Management of financial queries from suppliers and handling any changes.

* Preparing financial statements at year end for the senior management team.

* Occasionally attending meetings with clients/suppliers.

* Managing and assisting 2 Finance Assistants.

* Supporting & liaising with other departments regarding general queries.

The successful Accounts Manager will have:

* Previous experience in a similar position

* Good understanding of Sage

* QBE or Qualified candidates will be considered

* Experience in managing a team is desirable
