Chartered Surveyor

Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year

Our client is a rapidly growing Chartered practice that provides residential surveys, party walls, housing disrepair claims and commercial surveys to various private and commercial clients. They are a 5 Star Excellent Trustpilot rated company who pride themselves in a high level of detail and provide excellent quality services to their clients.

We are looking for qualified Building Surveyors and Valuation Surveyors, with either FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS designations.

The Role:-

You will be completing Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports, Valuations for both Private and Lending purpose on property in and around the East Midlands. You will be allocated your surveys so no business development required. You will be supported by a back office team who will arrange all appointments and organise your diary, and put your surveys together for you. In simple terms you are only required to look professional, complete surveys and deliver reports on time to a professional standard. This is a home working role.

Skillset:-

FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS. You must be able to drive, with a clean licence. Good communication skills and professionalism at all times.
