Events Sales Executive

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales person or for a recent Graduate or equivalent with a passion for a career in sales to join a global B2B events company who are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive.

As an events industry Sales Executive you will:

• Use telephone and email to convert leads into paid registrations, speaking to director level, international contacts
• Talk about events in the sustainability / environmental sector
• Follow up inbound leads and enquiries and convert to sales
• Identify multi-buyers and key customers
• Build and maintain a sales database
• Work to generate new leads and Identify new business opportunities

You’ll need to be an excellent communicator with a drive to achieve targets who is motivated by success. Some telephone based sales experience would be an advantage. Ideally you’ll be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a strong interest in sustainability or environmental sectors.

This is a full time office based role, working in central Brighton and offers a basic Salary: £26,000 – £27,600plus commission.
