Phoenix Premier Acquisitions is a newly established event marketing and sales company based in Southampton Centre. We’re looking to grow our retail events team due to high demand from existing and potential clients.

We currently have multiple openings for people looking to get into:

* EVENT MARKETING/ BRAND MANAGEMENT/ RETAIL PROMOTIONS
* SALES/ ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT/ SALES TRAINING
* CUSTOMER SERVICE/ CLIENT RELATIONS/ PUBLIC RELATIONS
* TEAM LEADERSHIP/ TRAINEE MANAGEMENT/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You’ll be acting as the face behind the brand as you publicly promote products, services, missions and success stories to people throughout the region. We focus solely on events and in-store promotions in places with heavy footfall. You’ll be working the event as a team and will have marketing materials to assist with your product knowledge.

No marketing or sales experience is required because we offer in-house training, ongoing guidance and support. We also allow potential Retail Event Sales Assistants the opportunity to spend a voluntary day observing an experienced Team Leader in action before reaching a final decision on both ends.

Customer facing experience can be beneficial (ie: retail sales, customer service, waiting, bar work, etc.), but we are simply looking for people that:

* ARE 18+ YEARS OF AGE AND AUTHORISED TO WORK IN THE UK
* ARE WILLING/ ABLE TO COMMUTE TO SOUTHAMPTON
* ARE PREPARED TO WORK HARD TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS
* ARE GENERALLY OPTIMISTIC WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
* ARE EXCITED ABOUT PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
